Got two minutes? Then you can make this yummy, energy-packed breakfast! You don't need to buy "instant" oatmeal; real oatmeal cooks almost instantly in the microwave.
1. Pour some oatmeal in a microwave-safe bowl. Don't measure, just pour.
2. Add milk to cover.
3. Add almonds, walnuts, and banana slices.
4. Microwave on high for 1 min. & 10 seconds (you may need to adjust the time for your microwave).
5. Drizzle with just a touch of real maple syrup.
Enjoy!
Disclaimer: Although there is no spoon in the picture, I strongly suggest that you use one.

wow, this looks really good and healthy.
Sounds easy enough.Especially since I am definitely not a morning person. I always have these ingredients in the house. I am going to try it.Thanks for posting!
Did you use "quick oats", or old fashioned oats?
I use old fashioned oats--no need to use quick oats, though they work fine too for this recipe.
